COMMUNITY ARTS PROJECT

Ankerside Shopping Centre & Dosthill Primary School

Ankerside invited children from Dosthill Primary School to take part in their community arts project and on Wednesday 4 May the Mayor of Tamworth unveiled the new mural in the Ankerside car park, along with the winners of the competition.

Congratulations to our winners:-

Category A - Liviya Clempson, who painted a beautiful picture of Tamworth Castle.

Category B - Beth Harriott with a fantastic drawing of St Edithas Church.

Category C - Abbie Clarke with a wonderful view of the bandstand in the Castle Grounds.

Our thanks to all the children who took part and those customers who took the time to vote, the mural is now on show on three levels of the car park.
