TOILETS

At Ankerside we believe in providing accessible and clean toilet facilities for all. Our facilities are well-maintained and regularly cleaned, accommodating everyone including families with children, disabled patrons and those requiring baby changing stations. Located off Saxon Walk just behind Pandora, our toilet facilities are accessible from both within the shopping centre and directly from the car park. Relax, refresh and enjoy your day.

SHOPMOBILITY

Ankerside is accessible to individuals with mobility challenges. We have spacious entrances with automated doors, wide open pathways with smooth, level flooring throughout and easy access from both the Castle Grounds and High Street entrances. Our car park offers lifts which can be used to access all car park levels with level 5 featuring dedicated, spacious parking for our disabled visitors.

QUIET ROOM

Located opposite our toilet acilities, Ankerside offers a quiet room for guests. This quiet space is ideal for visitors affected by autism if they require some time out from a busy shopping environment.

INPOST LOCKERS

Send, collect and return parcels with ease with InPost lockers. Located just behind Pandora, the locker system allows you to conveniently drop off or pick up parcels whilst your shopping with us – no more waiting in all day for a parcel to arrive! PARKING

We offer over 650 secure car parking spaces with easy lift access to our stores from all car park levels and dedicated, wide bay parking for our disabled visitors on Level 5 as well as Parent and Child parking on Level 7. Please note that standard car park charging rates apply to all guests including Blue Badge holders. Our car park has a vehicle height restriction of 1.75m (5ft 9″).

Our car park operates 24/7 and is run by Hozah which uses a barrierless a ANPR & MNPR system. How does this work I hear you ask? When you arrive, our camera’s will note your registration plate and the time of entry. When you are ready to leave, simply head to one of the pay machines located on levels 1, 5 and 7, enter your car reg and it will let you know the amount you need to pay. Our machines currently accept both cash and card payments.

Alternatively, you can pay for your parking online here. You can opt to pay for a single day’s parking, purchase a fixed permit or set up Hozah Autopay which enables automatic payments each time you visit our car park. Please note online payments for single day parking must be made the same day as visiting the centre to avoid penalties.

CONFERENCE ROOM
