PARKING

Parking at Ankerside couldn’t be easier. We offer over 700 secure car parking spaces with quick lift access to our shopping centre from all car park levels. Accessible to all, our centre has spacious entrances with automated doors, wide open pathways and smooth level flooring throughout, suitable for guests with pushchairs or those who face mobility challenges. Our car park also features dedicated, wide bay parking for our disabled visitors on Level 5 as well as Parent and Child parking on Level 7.

Please note that our car park has a vehicle height restriction of 1.75m (5ft 9″.)

HOW DOES YOUR CAR PARK WORK?

Our car park operates 24/7 and is run by Hozah who use a barrierless a ANPR & MNPR system. When you arrive, our camera’s will note your registration plate and the time of entry. When you are ready to leave, simply head to one of the pay machines located on levels 1, 5 or 7, enter your car reg and it will let you know the amount you need to pay. Our machines currently accept both cash and card payments. Alternatively, you can pay for your parking online here. You can opt to pay for a single day’s parking, purchase a fixed permit or set up Hozah Autopay which enables automatic payments each time you visit our car park. Please note online payments for single day parking must be made the same day as visiting the centre to avoid penalties.

HOZAH AUTOPAY

Hozah Autopay is a fully automated, parking payment system that detects when drivers enter and exit Hozah-enabled car parks and then automatically bills them for their length of stay.

You can choose to sign up after you enter a Hozah-enabled car park to be charged for that session and future sessions, or sign-up at home and be charged for all future parking sessions.
