Come and celebrate Tamworth Pride at Ankerside. The Up Creative Community will be taking over Castle Square on Saturday 13th July with live music and multi-coloured crafts bringing a festival feel to the centre. Get stuck in and unleash your inner creativity with hands on crafting and guidance from local artists to really hone your skills. The event will run in the square from 12 noon till 5pm.
The Up LAB will also be open as a neurodivergent space on the 13th and 14th July, with taster crafting sessions taking place inside Unit 10 for anyone looking to dip their toes into a new hobby.
The sessions will include Crochet creche, pyrography, badge making and mindful colouring with beautiful designs created by talented local young artist.
